Mayura is the founder and director of MCAPS Global Ltd.

Mayura has 17+ years of work experience in Architecture and Interiors in London, UK. She has a Master’s in Urban Design from The Bartlett, UCL. Before MCAPS, she worked across all RIBA stages, principally working on multi-million large-scale projects in London such as the landmark commercial tower 20 Fenchurch Street, and residential projects like Athletes Village-Olympic 2012. She has been part of teams working and designing for prestigious clients like the Crown Estate, Colliers International, Canary Wharf Group, and Lonely Planet, on Mayfair conservation area projects, office fit-outs, apartment hotels, and large institution projects.

Mayura started her practice MCAPS Global in January 2015 and has since delivered several private residences as well as many commercial projects. Mayura brings her extensive experience to create high-quality spaces, working closely with their clients to achieve spaces that exceed expectations on whatever budget.

In addition to her project work, Mayura is a Core team member of OMPEG (Overseas Maharashtrian Professionals and Entrepreneurs Group), a business networking group promoting entrepreneurship within the Maharashtrian and Indian community in the UK. She is also a mentor for programs such as The SHAPE Mentoring Programme- a flagship initiative by Built By Us to support budding and new founders in construction and the built environment sector.

As Finance Director, Chinmay is responsible for all aspects of the company’s finances including statutory reporting, budgeting, and tax. He oversees the company’s finance and the production of comprehensive management information and reporting, and also maintains MCAPS’s banking area. He is also Director in charge of IT, overseeing the strategic management of IT infrastructure, IT systems, knowledge systems and digital design.
