Reimagining Space to Enhance Flow, Light, and Functionality

This project involved transforming a spacious yet poorly laid-out home with a long side garage conversion that disrupted circulation and blocked garden access. Our team managed the design, planning, technical development, and structural coordination to reconfigure the space entirely. By opening up the utility room to the hallway and side extension, we created a seamless connection between the kitchen, living, and dining areas, with direct garden access. The reimagined kitchen now benefits from abundant daylight through new bi-fold doors and roof lights, while the utility was relocated. A thoughtfully designed guest bedroom with an ensuite was positioned in the long side extension, offering a tranquil view of the garden and completing this harmonious redesign.
