PARTNER & KEY DESIGNER
MAYURA CHANDEKAR
Mayura is the founder and director of MCAPS Global Ltd.
Mayura has 15 years of work experience in Architecture and Interiors in London, UK. She has a Master’s in Urban Design from The Bartlett, UCL. Before MCAPS, she worked across all RIBA stages, principally working on multi-million large-scale projects in London such as the landmark commercial tower 20 Fenchurch Street, and residential projects like Athletes Village-Olympic 2012. She has been part of teams working and designing for prestigious clients like the Crown Estate, Colliers International, Canary Wharf Group, and Lonely Planet, on Mayfair conservation area projects, office fit-outs, apartment hotels, and large institution projects.
Mayura started her practice MCAPS Global in January 2015 and has since delivered several private residences as well as many commercial projects. Mayura brings her extensive experience to create high-quality spaces, working closely with their clients to achieve spaces that exceed expectations on whatever budget.
In addition to her project work, Mayura is a Core team member of OMPEG (Overseas Maharashtrian Professionals and Entrepreneurs Group), a business networking group promoting entrepreneurship within the Maharashtrian and Indian community in the UK. She is also a mentor for programs such as The SHAPE Mentoring Programme- a flagship initiative by Built By Us to support budding and new founders in construction and the built environment sector.

PARTNER
Chinmay Pandit
Finance and IT
​
As Finance Director, Chinmay is responsible for all aspects of the company’s finances including statutory reporting, budgeting, and tax. He oversees the company’s finance and the production of comprehensive management information and reporting, and also maintains MCAPS’s banking area. He is also Director in charge of IT, overseeing the strategic management of IT infrastructure, IT systems, knowledge systems and digital design.

Amrisha Sambhare
Amrisha has 10+ years of work experience in Architecture & Interior design in India and the UK.
Amrisha is key member of the architectural design team, working across all RIAB stages that include the planning, tender and construction stages of the project (RIBA Stage 2-6). She is a designer who takes pride in herself on the quality and integrity of her work. She has a track record of quickly and efficiently delivering the information required.
Amrisha is experienced in residential & commercial projects and has lead teams responsible front-end design and approvals from the councils for multi-million high rise residential towers in Mumbai, lndia. Her expertise lies in retrofitting buildings and refurbishments.
Amrisha is currently working on the detailed design packages of internal fit-outs of a new library, and several private residences as well as the retrofit of a large council office.

Mithila Narode
Mithila Narode is an Interior designer with experience of working in the UK and internationally in India, Hong Kong & Malaysia. She has a Master’s degree in Design from the University of Northumbria, Newcastle. With 10+ years of work experience, Mithila brings a wealth of knowledge, including idea generation, technical design, and project management skills to deliver projects from the concept to the completion stage. Her experience ranges from luxury Hotels, high-end residences, luxury show units, shopping malls, and airport merchandising areas to restaurants.
Mithila is committed to creating good design and extending this to every area of personal and professional life, making her creative output key to the Interior design team at MCAPS Global. She is currently working on the internal design of several private residences, and restaurants as well as plays a key role in idea generation on hotel designs & blocks of flats.

Siddhali
Phule
Siddhali Phule is an enthusiastic Part II Architectural Assistant passionate about innovative design and sustainable solutions. She is proficient in architectural software and adept at assisting in various stages of project development. She has strong communication and teamwork skills and her creative visualisation ideas contribute to the successful realisation of architectural projects.
